We had Car Toys of Federal Way WA. install a car alarm. The car was purchased brand new and was just about 3 years old and in pristine condition. \r
In addition to the alarm not working properly the underneath of the dash board was really scratched up by the alarm installer. None of the air fan positions worked after that and the dash board came apart from underneath and had to be reattached by my mechanic.\r
When we returned the car in a timely manner to Car Toys to report the alarm didn't work and the other problems they gave us the cold shoulder and told us to ""go elsewhere."" Next time we need any kind of accessory that's just what we'll do!
