Our association, Brockway Springs, in Kings Beach, CA, just finished a three-year, $5.3M restoration project. Yes, $5.3M. We completely refurbished four story decks, siding, patios, stairs, balcony railings, elevator, windows, doors and landings. It's fantastic! \r
