I recently had routine maintenance completed on a vehicle of mine by Amoskeag. While the owner and the staff was very accommodating and friendly, the mechanic's skill is lackluster.
The mechanic who serviced my vehicle cracked the secondary air intake pipe, a $200+ replacement. When I asked why there was a ticking noise that was not present prior to having my vehicle serviced by Amoskeag, I was told, ""There is a slight exhaust leak at the manifold.""
Not accurate. In addition, above statement was said to cover fact that mechanic cracked the secondary air intake pipe during requested maintenance.
If you are inclined to bring your vehicle to them for service, make sure you are able to stay to monitor the mechanics work.
I, personally, will not be bringing my vehicle back to Amoskeag for service.
