I wasn't sure at first what to expect.....several places advertise gluten free breads, but they aren't always so great. I have to say Promise Pizza by far surpassed my expectations. We had the veggie pizza minus black olives & added spinach. The ingredients all tasted very fresh. I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone on a gluten free diet, even those that aren't will enjoy it. My husband loved it !
