Just awful customer service. I bought my mom a lens for her birthday, she didnt like it. We went to return it, Fred inspected the box and said the hood was missing. The hood was never in the box. We never checked the box before we left when we bought it. but he claims they are always in there. This was 9 days after the initial purchase. He replied ""we should have received a call"" and he implied that we would be charged for the hood to return the lens. So now we have to pay because we are on the wrong side of the counter? Then I started talking to him and he was so blatantly rude. I'm a younger adult (21) and he was asking me about my age, as if i was to young to reason with him. He has no customer service skills or damage control. I run a higher volume customer retail shop and now i can't talk to him? If you want to pay more and get charged 15% restocking fee and feel like a chump and have your integrity and age questioned this is the store for you. I now understand why they have closed stores. In my company customer satisfaction is number one and maybe they should adopted a similar rule.
