I have been a long time customer (10+ years) of Lawn Doctor and have paid all of my bills with them in a timely manner. Had problems with them this year with renting my home, moving out of town and having no notice from them that the lawn I had once again paid to have seeded by them last fall is belly up. When I offered to pay half of the seeding this year to get this back on track, they basically told me they do not guarantee or insure their lawn or products. What type of business tells a long term customer, who is willing to absorb 1/2 the costs of their mistakes, to basically take a hike in this economy? Take a hike...I have.
