Continuous billing problems. Have to call company 2-3 times a year to find out my bill. If I don't manually go see if bill has been sent from bank then I forget about it. Company insists that their great system shows it mailed the correspondence. Humm, why would the post office want to keep my bill unless there is someone there wanting to pay other peoples bills. This is the ONLY bill that has problems arriving. Of course it's my fault and have to deal with the nasty grams that never seem to get lost. Please update your information so we can find you easier. My apologies to the poor person who has to endure all the phone calls that she receives due to the incorrect internet number listed for the last 2 yrs. more
