I have always loved working out at Box2BFit. The instructors are great, the workouts are intense. However, the owners would have you believe they treat you differently than a large national chain gym. They do not. They are inflexible with account issues, and have been very rude to me when attempting to resolve the issues. Despite my love of the workouts, the owners have treated me like a bank account and not a person, and I would no longer be willing to recommend this gym to anyone.
