I had received 4 free oil changes for having a Pontiac car. I had taken it to Jim Waldron for my first of 4 and unfortunately they left the drain plug undone about a 1/4 turn causing oil to leak out. I spoke with their service manager regarding this and he just said that he'd love for me to come and get my other oil changes there, unfortunately that will not happen.
