We have been dealing with this firm for years. They say they mail letters and we don't get them until they send them certified. They talk to you and tell you one thing and then the next time you are told another. They come in and levy your wages, even if it isn't your particular debt but your spouses or childs that may be on your IRS report. As they continue to play these little games, you are being charged with more and more interest and penalties. Very frustrating to deal with and the townships don't care. Half of the time the township people who are to be handling the taxes don't even know what this firm is doing. Someone needs to review their practices. They make their money by the unfair way of conducting business. Try using their fax, turned off after business hours. Try emailing, not one address posted works......they want communication, but they don't have one tool that makes it possible to get things to them except through the mail. Then you need to make sure they are sent registered so you can prove you did respond or else, they claim they didn't get it. Watch yourselves with this firm. Their rating is a minus 20!
