The owner of this company was very resistant to replacing a number of pickets that were put uo, but were in very bad condition. His position was primarily with the increase in costs (labor and materials). After much discussion with him, he finally delivered an agreed amount of pickets but did not put them up. I was left to take down the bad pickets, put up the new ones, and stained them myself.
