When it comes to customer service, Mikel's takes the lead. From the moment you enter you are treated as a special 'guest' and not just another customer. You are greeted as soon as you walk in and offered a beverage and a snack. The staff are extremely professional and work well together and quickly learn your name whether you are their guest or not. I felt very fortunate to have learned of Mikel's about four years ago and have not thought about going anywhere else. Samantha is an artist when it comes to hair coloring and I constantly receive compliments at work and when I'm out . The lather lounge is a relaxing experience I look forward to with every visit. When I leave I feel as if I had just spent time at a spa. I will continue to refer friends to Mikel's.
