Home Theatre Concepts installed my theater in the basement including video, direct TV, and a projection system. Everything went well though it took a lot of tweaking to get it right. Now it works great.
The customer service was very good. They were committed to getting it working right eventually. I would have like to have it working right sooner, but they were definitely committed to fixing it and making it work exactly like I wanted. Though I would like to have it perfect the first time, that is very tough.
