Helpful, friendly people. Good equipment & a beautiful place to kayak. We're beginners - there was a safe area for us to paddle and learn. There's also areas for more advanced to paddle. Saw bald eagles, otters, evidence of beavers, lots of ducks, herons,etc. A fun, relaxing yet outdoor activity. The 1st time we went out we had a guide, the 2nd time just us. No problems.
