Rented a Karaoke Machine for a wedding reception. One speaker had the wrong connector on it. Had trouble with connections to the microphones all night constant struggle. Some of the CD's would not play. Terrible customer service would not even listen to me. Would not believe me or offer even a partial refund. Will never do business with them again!!
