The technician's name escapes me at the moment. He arrived within a few minutes of the promised window. He didn't seem to mind that my two dogs were very excited to have a visitor and spent most of the visit barking and running around in the house and the yard while he was working. As this was a routine periodic system check, there were no repairs needed. He was thorough in his examination of the system and everything checked out perfectly.
