My son picked Smokey Bones for his birthday dinner because he wanted ribs. First, we requested ribs with no sauce and they came with sauce. We sent them back and then the server brought out a new rack of ribs....so she said. We are certain the cook wiped off the sauce and through the origianl rack on the grill to cook/dry out the remaining sauce. Unfortunately, the ribs still had sauce on parts and we mentioned it to the server. Seh said all the ribs are cooked wih sauce (we thought they were smoked) so they don;t dry out. Here the kicker...the ribs were extremly tough and dry. So much for the sauce preventing them from drying out. Tonight was a upsetting birthday meal fro my son. We will never go back..
