You'll think you're in an intimate Seattle restaurant when you walk into The Carousel. It's on historic Front Street but it's a bit hard to find, as it is tucked back off the street and their sign is not prominent. It has a nice, quiet atmosphere, the service is personal and non-pretentious, and the food is excellent. I love their Spinach Salad Flambe (made at your table) and my husband's favorite is the Porto Filet (not shown on the menu, but always available as a special). And if you get appetizers, the stuffed mushrooms are delectable.
