CMA Realty is a very unfortunate scab in the field of property management in Yavapai County. Their properties are generally homes or apartments at the bottom of the barrel, unable to be sold likely from real conditional or aesthetic problems. My previous experience with CMA included renting a home with a severe mouse infestation and a septic tank with a pump never connected to an energy source (makes for a disgusting problem). They're not responsive to their tenants, and must always ""contact the owner"" before anything can be done or fixed, delaying actually fixing the issue and throwing out the window the whole relationship about taking a renter at their word (believe it or not, we did not, in fact, have anything to do with the broken furnace). Also, their office seems really disorganized and like no one knows what's happening -- not a very good sign coming from a company that has your Social Security numbers floating around -- it can also take them about 3-4 weeks to cash a rent check, which is incredibly annoying. This place is bad news, and even if the home/apt looks like a good deal, you'll eventually pay for it in the end. Stay away -- thankfully I got out when I could!
