To begin I ordered parts for my bike with two day shipping. I needed the parts fairly quickly. However, the website didn't indicate that part of my order was on back order so needless to say I didn't get everything on time. When asking for a refund for the shipping I've basically been treated as if this is my problem. I have yet to receive full refund for my shipping.
Now that I have everything, 3 weeks later, all the hardware isn't there so I can't mount the cases I purchased despite the fact that the part (a Coocase S48) ships with a mounting plate and hardware.
Needless to say, stay away from this place. I think it's really just some guy in a garage pushing junk with a website. I'll never purchase from these guys again.
And yes, I opened a case with the BBB.
