Todd was the man who helped me from beginning to end. He was very friendly and very polite. He fully explained what they would be doing to repair the rear bumper and told me when it would be ready. He also took time to show me the work area, explaining the different actions. My car was ready when he told me, which is another plus for Mission Viejo Auto Collision. As for the repair work, it was perfect, absolutely perfect. Couldnt tell there had been damage. I also was appreciative of Todd arranging for someone to drive me home to San Clemente. I cant remember the drivers name, but he was also very pleasant. Bottom line: Mission Viejo Auto Collision is a very fine business, very honest. Its could be a role model for other businesses.
