I think Louise might have mentioned to you that I am going off the Board effective 9-30-10. It has been such a pleasure working with you both and all the people at Pioneer. I think you provide a great service for us at 9525 and are always looking out for our best interest. Kimball, I have enjoyed your sense of humor and you?re always ready and willing to give us advice when we ask for it. I wish that all of the owners at 9525 really knew how much Pioneer has done for us. I have enjoyed being a part of the Board and hopefully I have helped to guide us in the right direction.
