The man who handles service at lexington vacuum cleaners expects people to be certified vacuum professionals to own one. Simple cleaning is obviously not cutting it with the staff at Lexington Vacuum. I brought my vacuum in for a waranty claim. Instead of taking the job, they refused to work on it because it wasn't clean to their standards. I found them to be snooty and just trying to sell vacuums.
The bottom line is, if you're looking for a place to have your Vacuum serviced, go somewhere else!
