I came in for my first time last week and everybody was very polite.
They took my car into the shop and did the brake inspection as I requested. The estimate I received was much less then another shop in the area had quoted me, while I was getting my Oil Changed.
Goodyear did a great job on my brakes and I will return for all my other service work as it is needed.
