Mr. Transmission of Crest Hill was great. I had the transmission rebuilt by them 2 or so years ago, and they did a great job. Recently I developed a leak, and I couldn't find where it was coming from. They were saying it could be from the transmission. Since I have rapport with Mr. Transmission I decided to have them take a look.
They called back after looking at it and told me they had good news. It was a leak in the oil sensor unit, which was not anything major, and I needed a transmission oil change. Instead of been a rear seal, which costs over $600, it was a simple fix and only cost around $250. It was definitely good news.
I talked to the owner and the front desk personnel, they were both great people to work with, very friendly and very helpful. They understood my situation. I have an older car, and I don't want to sink a lot of money into it. They were great to work with, and helped me out in a timely manner.
