I was a part of a bridal party that went to Dawns for hair/make-up; although the work the girls did was wonderful and the prices reasonable what happened when we went to pay was horrifying. One of the girls in our party had to cancel her appointment last minute (her 3 y.o. was ill) and she did not attend her hair/make-up session; when the bride was paying her bill they tried to charge her for the girl that cancelled her appointment!! (after the group of us had already spent close to $1000) - Needless to say she was more than upset and after some words they decided to drop the charge but I could not believe they did this to her on her wedding day! In their defense they did drop the charge but needless to say - Brides beware of that contract and girls that cancel because these people have no mercy.
