We had an older vehicle in for an oil change. Auto Works staff took the time to not just list but also explain several items of concern that they detected, answer my questions, and help me determine what things needed to be done ASAP, what should be done at the next oil change, and how to monitor the things that showed wear but weren't urgent yet.
