I was hesitant to consider laser hair removal after hearing from my wife and daughter how painful it was. I decided I was tired of shaving sensitive parts and went ahead and made an appointment with Elements.
I went in for my consultation and DeDe was wonderful, she explained the procedure, described how the machine worked and set me totally at ease.
When the time came for my first treatment, DeDe was absolutly professional and set me at ease. Having a procedure done on such sensitive areas was a bit off putting but she made it seem commonplace and took all of the awkwardness out of the situation.
The procedure itself cause mild discomfort for a few minutes but by the time I left the office I was feeling perfectly normal and I suffered no side effects of any sort. Just as advertised within a couple of weeks, the hair was completly gone! Needed 2 more treatments to complete the process due to the hair growth cycle but am completly 100% satisfied with the results.
My experience was so good that I convinced my wife to give it another try since she had had such a poor experience in the past with a different salon. She went ahead and made the appointment and has been telling all of her friends about Elements ever since!
If you are in the market for this service, I can not imagine that you would find a better experience anywhere else than what you will get at Elements.
