When we moved here from California, our washing machine was broken by the moving company. I contacted Gary's (checked in the phone book - had no internet yet or knew nobody to ask advice on local repair professionals). After waiting an ENTIRE week for an appointment (I called every single day and got to speak with the rude receptionist who kept promising me he would be out the next day), I called everyone else in the phone book. When I called to cancel with Gary's the receptionist didn't even care when I told her I couldn't wait any longer (I really was starting to wonder if she had written down my name/request at all). Kelly's Appliance was at my house the next day.
