Sure, it's appealing to be able to get a quick Oil Change and a Car Wash at the same time, but please reconsider before letting them do ANYTHING mechanically related to your vehicle.
First off, they do not employ ASE-certified techs or support american labor. For all you know, if a job gets sold they pull one of their guys off the car wash line and hand him a wrench.
I have seen the botched results of many of their attempts at ""fixing"" things, and it is not quality work. Stripped drain plugs leaking oil after an oil change. Damaged A/C ports doing a recharge. Throwing parts into a problem because they can't accurately determine a solution.
At face value their service is great, but I have found them to be generally indignant when it comes to claiming responsibility for any misdoing on their part.
Essentially, they use the appeal of a car wash to get you in for service because they lack the credibility of a genuine service station, which blows my mind that it works, because how many people would let a car wash work on their car in the first place?
If you must go there, keep it strictly for the wash and wax. If you somehow get stuck in a situation where they're trying to push work on you, tell 'em you only let qualified mechanics service your vehicles.
