They knocked off a clip that joins rods to make the A/c vents open and close also hot and cold. This was done when they changed my heater core knowing I needed another engine or engine rebuild and that was cause for me to total the car. The manager arguered me up and down that they don't know what happened to the a/c vents and was not responsible. " That has nothing to do with the heater core." After not being pleased with my post repair A/C Ii went in for the repair myself not really knowing what was going on. After taking everything apart it was easy to see they didn't reinstall the clip after installing the new heater core. ( I REPEAT, you have to take the clip off to diassemble the connector rods to get to the heater core!) took me 30 min to find the issue but knowing what the problem is now it could have taken me 1 minute. I ended up getting the engine rebuilt and rolled around for a year with my heating and cooling not up to par because of a lie, laziness and a one m
