We were having a great deal of trouble with our power on Sunday night. We called their dispatcher and she connected us with a gentleman who was most helpful; diagnosing the problem over the phone to the best of his ability with the info. that was given him and advised us to wait until the next morning to save us money. The next day the electrician arrived within 10 minutes of the appointment; found the problem (a disconnected neutral wire) in less than 20 minutes, put in a new light fixture, and we were very satisfied with the service, price and expertise that both gentlemen exhibited. We would not hesitate to recommend Hucker Electric to anyone who needs electrical work done. I especially appreciated the time that the gentleman on call Sunday night took to calm us and advise us on how to deal with the problem until his electrician could be sent out on Monday morning.
