the whole experience with this company was a nightmare. the guys doing the work did a good job, but the owner acts like a typical greasy used car salesman. having a flood is a great time to get people in a bad situation to sign papers that give the water remediation company all the power, and that's what this guy does. we got nothing but hassle and rude behavior from this guy, I would recommend everyone to steer clear and go with a reputable company
