I have been eating sushi for a long time, and I will say that sushi simon has great food and fresh fish, however you should be wise to choose what is on the menu. The regular menu has good sushi for a good price. But if you are looking for satisfaction in taste, I would order from the special menu. The special menu is more expensive, but it is worth every dime due to the great taste of the dishes on the special menu. The sashimi is great and fresh. I love the sweet shrimp, I have went to Kyoto and a few other sushi restaurants, and their sweet shrimp is nothing compared to sushi simons. The waitresses provide great service and knowledge of the menu. I highly recommend sushi Simon.
