Carlo and Joe arrived on time and were very courteous. Carlo did most of the talking; very knowledgeable and confident. Explained the procedure and benefits of service and product. Tells you up front how much it will cost and what to expect. End-product was great! Carpets look much brighter and clean. Will definitely use this service again and will ask for Carlo and Joe!
