Miguel came and introduced himself and was very polite and thoughtful. He has a great interest in pleasing his customers.\r

He cleaned all the rugs requested very thoroughly and added a special touch. He was very knowledgeable about the process and he also removed 2 spots from my daughter's carpet that I didn't think would come up!\r
