My wife reserved V Transportation for my 40th birthday party. Three days prior to our party, they called and asked if we could push our reservation back two hours because they had double booked the bus and the first party wasn't going to be done with it in time for them to get it to our event. We told them ""no"" because we had a schedule of places to be and our contract was locked in by our deposit. The day of the our party, they called two hours before the start of our party to tell us ""the bus was broke down"". Convenient? Coincidence? Highly unlikely. But let's give them the benefit of the doubt despite the shady circumstances it was under. IF this was true, then as a business under contract to a customer they should have sub-contracted another transportation company to provide us with the bus regardless of the expense to them since they were violating the terms of our contract. What did they do? They recommended another transportation company we could call instead of taking responsibility for their actions. It has been over two weeks now and we still have not received a refund for our deposit. This company is underhanded, unethical, and should be avoided by everyone needing reliable service.
