I was looking to buy a full-size truck and shopped all the major brands. I had spent the last couple weeks touring other dealers and figured out what I wanted in a new truck and what I was willing to pay. My experience with Ford of Kirkland was a good one. A few days prior, I had a salesman at the Dodge dealership down the street try to hard sell me on something I didn’t want for an obscene price. At Ford of Kirkland, the sales staff who helped me (Tom McCabe and Todd Ireland) were awesome. Both listened well and put together a deal that no other dealer could touch. When they went over the numbers with me, there was no b.s. and no “bad” pressure. I drove home my new F-150 without feeling ripped off (which wasn’t the same feeling I had when I bought my previous new vehicle). I highly recommend this dealership.
