We had shopped around and went with A and S Carpet because they are local. I, personally, very much liked the customer service in their store. It was not overwhelming, but they were there when we had questions.
We were redoing 7 rooms, and it is excellent. The carpet hasn't been down for very long, so I can't comment on the durability, but the service was excellent. The carpets were fitted on two separate dates in order to fit in with the other work we were doing in the house. They were willing to work around the other remodeling, and were accommodating to us.
