A neighbor referred me to Windsor Collision because I didn't know who to go to. I was parked at the grocery store, and someone ran into my parked car, rear-ended it. So I wasn't even there, until they announced it over the intercom in the store.
I have a mini-van so Windsor had to replace the whole back hatch, back bumper, and another part toward the back end. Everything turned out good. I was pleased, the car looks great. They matched the paint and everything, and it looks like new.
The only problem I had was with the other guy's insurance, which thank goodness he had. I just was really impressed with the patience Windsor had with dealing with these insurance companies. They told me that's just kind of how it is.
