The complex I rented from EGL properties is not so new so I didn't expect it to be perfect. I had a problem with a bathroom leak but as soon as I called and told them my situation, the manager was extremely helpful and reacted right away. After the first year, they raised my rent only slightly so I’m OK with the price. I think EGL properties is a good property management company.
