I've used Crossroads Exxon of Cary for a long, long time, all for personal vehicles. In one of my vehicles which has a diesel system, the turbo went out and they fixed that. Now I'm back to getting 46 miles a gallon.
I've known Mike, the owner and I've known his dad. Mike would be a good friend of a mine even if he didn't work on my cars.
When I go in and I've got a problem and they need to keep the car, they give me a loaner, and not many people do that. When I come in for an oil change, they're done in about 30 minutes. Also, when they're done with any work, I never have to take it back. They've got some great mechanics in there.
It's like this: They fix it right the first time and it stays fixed. I would recommend them every day of the week.
