Friendly phone/reception person and downhill from there. Telemarkety ""sales"" team with pressure tactics, high-priced, semi-trained cleaners.....and like another reviewer, they brought a vacuum with a clear plastic container that was FULL of dirt. Bad follow-up when I complained. Well, once they get your money.....
