Amy Benson is my contact person for the property that I am renting, and I have had great customer service from her since day 1.\r
The application process went very smooth. I filled out a $40 application fee and heard back within the week that I was approved (pretty reasonable). \r
Since October of 2009 I have had regular maintenance issues on a building that is more than 30 years old (old historic are of thornton park). One major one was when the dishwasher went out. They contacted the landlord and he agreed to replace it with a new one. The whole process took less than 7 days. Pretty good in my book.\r
Also, the hose on the toilet sprung loose recently, dumping a few gallons of water onto the bathroom floor. Not only did Amy return my call within 10 minutes at 8pm, but a service man was out THE SAME HOUR to replace the hose.\r

I think the landlord has a lot to do with the service level, and I apparently have a pretty cool one. But as for Wilson Management, Amy Benson has certainly been a pleasure to work with.\r
