I have been a Sky monthly member for years and would like to say that there service and attention to detail is tremendous. Actually I enjoy the amenities( complimentary lab top computers, newspapers and big screen tvs for viewing) so much I sometimes forget that I'm getting my car washed !!! The staff is very attentive and polite and always ask if I'm satisfied with the service. As a side note( after reading other post) I find it quite funny that somebody would complain about being charged after they get a free month if they do not take the time to call in and cancel( it is your responsibility as the customer to do this). I actually was gone for 6 months a couple of years ago so I called to cancel my monthly charge and SKY cancelled it instantly and when I returned I signed up again with no problem. ( I can not say the same thing about a local Gym in the area). I only let Sky wash my car !!!
