Do not go to this practice. All they care about is the almighty dollar. They have rules about their time, not yours, are not flexible or understanding in any way and charge you if you are even 3 minutes late for an appointment. Proof of insurance is an absolute requirement or proof of payment upfront, at least, before they will make you an appointment. There is no care in this practice, only the worship of the almightly dollar and their schedule.
