I heard the burgers had to be tried, so I decided to try Kumas on a Wed evening. Was fairly busy, but not too bad, menu was good, with a variety of different items, including a good selection of burgers. I have to admit, the burger lived up to the hype, but I was disappointed by the slow service. And trying to get the attention of our server after our food had arrived for an extra side of bbq sauce was almost impossible for about 10 minutes. Not sure if she went on break, or just decided we were all set since we had our food. A place has to have good food to get a very good rating, but if the food gets served with attitude, or is slow in coming, I will not be inclined to return. Just my thoughts on how a successful place should be.
