At first I had kind of a bad experience with San Diego Auto Body, but then they made up for it by really fixing the issue. When I initially came in with some body damage there were some hiccups with the insurance company. There were a couple of delays that were really outside of their control.
A day or so after the car was finished I noticed that some of the paint work was unsatisfactory. I took it right back in to them, and they really jumped on board about the fact that it hadn't been done correctly. They brought their lead painter out, and he took responsibility. He let me know that they would fix the issue on their dollar or redo the entire thing at not cost to me.
After they were finished I realized that they even touched up some spots other than those that were talked about for the original job. They also went above and beyond in detailing the inside of my car as well. They are definitely a trustworthy company that seems to stand behind their product.
