The company called me schedule an estimate for work to be done. Once he came, he looked at what needs to be done, gave me a quote and CHARGED me 75 dollars to do the estimate (without any work delivered).
He never communicated he wants money to do the evaluation. Every other company that came gave me a free evaluation.
Not honest - will never work with him
