This hands down is the worst Jewelry store in southern California if you do not believe me go to Ozeljewelers dot net and see for your self or go to any search engine such as Google , Bing or Yahoo and put in Ozel jewelers and read for your self it is a wonder to me how these crooks are not shut down,unfortunately they have 5 locations to screw you and from my understanding operate as many as 10 others using aliases. It is well known by the San Bernardino and Riverside counties sheriffs departments that this family is a front for organized crime and they are involved in many aspects of criminal activities. I would shop at a professional Jewelry store, think about it are all these people liars? Why don't the other jewelry stores have bad reviews? I have personally been swindled out of two thousand dollars and my life was threatened by the Palm Desert and Victorville stores.Honestly this is a shady place stay away or you will pay.
